Amber Benson, an American producer and singer, also writes. She is most well-known for playing Tara Maclay from the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Benson is also the director of her films Chance, Lovers Liars & Lunatics and starred as the main actress in these films. Also, she was in the film Kiss the Bride. Benson is the daughter of a psychiatrist and a Diane Benson was born in Birmingham Alabama on January 8 1977. Danielle Benson, her artist younger sister.
